These were an adorable addition to my Costa Rican terrace. They were lightweight enough to come in my suitcase but yet still amazingly comfortable. I am not sure how I will replace the white canvas (not your normal director chair seats and backs), but will figure it out when necessary, as I would like to change the seats to leather. In a perfect world, they would have had some type of weather-proof finish. But that can be added at a later date. Overall, for the price, I am thrilled with these cuties. [...]

Very cute, island feel that goes perfectly with my bamboo table that I bought a few years ago. I varnished the bamboo with a marine laquer to withstand the weather. One thing is the canvas cover is not your standard director chair cover -
it has cut outs that fit over a metal bar, rather than the sliding rod that goes into the groove. When it the time comes to replace them, I will probably have to have them custom made.
